Born in a 3rd world country and in a low income family, I knew that my dream of being a "woman Astronaut" was bigger than my own reality.

 

By the age of 4 I was able to read and by the age of 5, I was able to write... That made my parents realize that I "was different" and I was put on a private school so I could develop my skills, My parents were not able to go through my homework, but they were always by my side, mainly telling me that "we are poor and we will not leave you with any possessions than your education so you can build your legacy - make it worth it".

 

As a kid I understood that I was in control of my own fate and that failure was not an option.

 

Later, by the age of 17, I got my first apprenticeship at Embraer and have not stopped loving the aviation and technology for a second.

 

After 10 years at Embraer, starting as an apprentice and moving to Electrical Design, Engineering, EWIS, I decided to move to Europe to work on the A380 & A350 at Airbus - a huge achievement for the country side girl.

 

Later, after 11 years of Europe, living in Germany, France, Spain, UK and mostly inside a plane, leading teams and development on A380 and A350, I decided to move to Japan to work for Mitsubishi Aircraft. Different cultures are inspirational and I strongly believe that our differences make us stronger.

 

At Mitsubishi I fast paced EWIS as Program Manager, from supplier definition to requirements and later supplier recovery and parts on doc.

 

Being a crisis management expert, I also program managed Aircraft Interiors leading multi cultural teams in 2 countries simultaneously, from PDR to CDR and partial parts on doc within 1 year!

 

My exposure to the Bombardier product came through my first client, Latecoere Interconnection Systems, during the aquisition and transition phases of the program, In there, I led the revamp of the whole supply chain within one year (!), where 100% of the parts required to build the product where under contract, with financials secured, supplier-client relationships reestablished and no line stoppages to date.

 

My exposure to different environments allows me to navigate and clearly communicate from the shop floor to executive levels.

 

I am not afraid to make mistakes and will own it as I am transparent and loyal to my values.

 

As a true believer of team effort - by myself I will be faster, on a team we will go further - and as a true leader, not a manager, I can build and inspire your team and your company to Excellence with the same speed I drive on the Autobahn ;-)
